To submit an application to our school, please complete the following form and select Submit Application. In addition, please have your credit card ready. A $30.00 non-refundable application fee will be charged to submit your application.

Once you have completed the online application, you will need to complete the following:
Submit official transcripts from high school and all previous colleges. If currently in high school, final transcripts must be sent after graduation. GED/HSED scores may be submitted for high school graduation requirement.
Complete the ACT, ASSET or COMPASS. Scores must be dated within five years.
Admission requirements vary from program to program. Once you have completed the initial application requirements, you will be notified of additional program requirements (if any).
