To submit an application to our school, please complete the following form and select Submit Application.
Once you have completed the online application, you will need to complete the following:
Payment of a nonrefundable application fee of $30 payable to Western's cashier office or at your nearest regional location.
Submit official transcripts from high school and all previous colleges. If currently in high school, final transcripts must be sent after graduation. GED/HSED scores may be submitted for high school graduation requirement.
Complete the ACT, ASSET or COMPASS. Scores must be dated within five years.
Admission requirements vary from program to program. Once you have completed the initial application requirements, you will be notified of additional program requirements (if any).
